As a Trainee, you will work closely with our senior technicians to resolve technical issues, maintain our infrastructure, and support end-users. If you are tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and ready to learn, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users in a timely manner.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.
- Monitor network performance and report any anomalies to the IT Manager.
- Maintain accurate inventory records for IT assets and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service and technical support via phone, email, and in-person.
- Learn and apply knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server, and basic networking protocols.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and operating systems (Windows 10/11).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and logical reasoning abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings or weekends as needed.
