- Own the end-to-end data analysis lifecycle, from data collection to final reporting.

Responsibilities
- Deep Dive Analysis: Conduct rigorous statistical analysis to interpret complex datasets and uncover actionable business insights.
- Dashboard Engineering: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate technical findings into clear, compelling narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
- Data Strategy: Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement within our proprietary software suite.
- Automation: Develop Python and SQL scripts to automate reporting processes, reducing manual effort and increasing efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (advanced queries, stored procedures), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Excel.
- Visualization: Strong command of BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex data concepts to diverse audiences effectively.
