Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems for internal clients.
- Respond to help desk tickets and resolve technical issues ranging from password resets to network connectivity problems.
- Conduct system audits and perform routine hardware and software updates.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system to improve team efficiency.
- Collaborate with the network team to monitor system performance and identify potential vulnerabilities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
