Responsibilities
- Participate in immersive paid training covering desktop support, networking, and security protocols
- Learn to diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues under expert supervision
- Master ticketing systems, remote troubleshooting, and customer communication
- Complete industry certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365) during training period
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Transition into full-time role providing Tier 1/2 support after training completion
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Passion for technology and eagerness to learn new systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
- Basic familiarity with Windows operating systems (not mandatory)
