Responsibilities

- Manage and respond to IT help desk tickets in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to resolve complex technical challenges and learn best practices.
- Conduct user training sessions to ensure staff proficiency with company systems and security protocols.
- Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure uptime.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and software components.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
