Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians in troubleshooting hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Log and manage IT support tickets in our helpdesk system.
- Perform basic network setup and maintenance tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to company employees.
- Learn and assist with software installation and updates.
- Participate in daily training sessions and technical workshops.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer literacy (familiarity with Windows/macOS is a plus).
