Responsibilities
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues for internal employees.
- Manage and respond to incoming helpdesk tickets and support requests in a timely manner.
- Perform routine maintenance on desktops, laptops, printers, and network peripherals.
- Install, configure, and update operating systems and business applications.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the company knowledge base.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to learn best practices and advanced troubleshooting techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Basic computer literacy (Windows and Mac) is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced setting.
- Willingness to obtain relevant IT certifications (we support this).
