Responsibilities
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues for internal users.
- Perform routine maintenance on computer systems, printers, and network equipment.
- Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications.
- Monitor network performance and respond to tickets in the helpdesk system.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate inventory logs.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to learn best practices in cybersecurity and data management.
Qualifications
- No prior IT experience required; this is a trainee position for career changers.
- Basic understanding of computers, smartphones, and common software applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting.
