Responsibilities
- Assist the IT team with desktop support, hardware troubleshooting, and software installation.
- Monitor system performance and respond to help desk tickets in a timely manner.
- Configure and maintain local area networks (LAN) and wireless networks.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal employees and document technical solutions.
- Participate in regular training sessions to update knowledge on security protocols and new technologies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and peripherals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
