Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of desktop and mobile devices.
- Manage and track incoming service requests and tickets using our helpdesk software.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to diagnose complex system errors and implement solutions.
- Ensure all hardware and software comply with company security policies and standards.
- Conduct routine system checks and perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT or related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems, Office Suite, and basic networking concepts.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to troubleshoot technical problems efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with non-technical users.
- Eagerness to learn and obtain industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+).
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work occasional evenings or weekends.
