Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to 500+ internal users
- Deploy and configure Windows/macOS workstations
- Monitor ticket systems (ServiceNow/Jira) with SLA compliance
- Execute network cabling and hardware installations
- Document SOPs in knowledge base
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred
- Basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Customer service mindset with patience
- Ability to lift 30lbs for hardware tasks
- Valid driver's license for site visits
- Pass background/drug screening
- Quick learner with attention to detail
