Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and chat
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/Linux systems and peripherals
- Document incidents, resolutions, and procedures in ITSM systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers on network diagnostics and security protocols
- Assist with user account management and access control implementation
- Participate in ongoing training to master new technologies and methodologies
- Support office infrastructure including printers, AV systems, and network connectivity
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+) preferred
- Basic understanding of operating systems, networking concepts, and security principles
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Willingness to learn new technologies quickly
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- US citizenship or permanent residency required
