Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for employees across hardware, software, and network systems
- Deploy and configure Windows/macOS environments using enterprise tools
- Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) under guidance
- Document troubleshooting procedures and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system implementations
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (rotating schedule)
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (or commitment to obtain within 90 days)
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux command-line operations
- Basic understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work in server environments
- Valid Washington driver's license for equipment transport
