Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support to internal staff via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware, software, and peripherals
- Document IT procedures, issues, and resolutions in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with senior technicians on network infrastructure projects
- Assist with cybersecurity best practices implementation
- Participate in cross-departmental IT initiatives
- Complete monthly skill development modules and certifications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; pursuing CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Basic understanding of Windows OS, networking concepts, and hardware troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service mindset
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed (10-20 hours/week)
- Valid driver's license for occasional equipment transport
- Ability to lift 30lbs and operate in varied office environments
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and diagnostic tools
