Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans across web, mobile, and desktop applications
- Identify, document, and prioritize defects using JIRA and defect tracking systems
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to resolve critical issues
- Design and maintain detailed test cases covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Conduct usability testing and provide actionable feedback for UX improvements
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing frameworks
- Maintain test documentation and metrics for continuous quality improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional QA testing experience in software development
- Expertise in manual testing methodologies and automated tools (Selenium, Cypress)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments and test-driven development
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and precision
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- ISTQB or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience with API testing (Postman, REST Assured)
- Knowledge of database testing (SQL, NoSQL)
