Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of company IT equipment.
- Monitor system performance and respond to network alerts in a timely manner.
- Document technical procedures and support tickets using our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement security patches and updates.
- Perform regular inventory checks on IT assets and supplies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, or Linux).
- Familiarity with networking concepts, such as IP addresses, DNS, and firewalls.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a "can-do" attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Willingness to obtain relevant IT certifications during employment.
