Responsibilities
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of company hardware and software for new hires.
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to employees via phone, email, and remote access tools.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of laptops, printers, and network peripherals.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our centralized ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the IT team to maintain a secure and efficient network infrastructure.
- Manage inventory of IT assets and assist in hardware refresh cycles.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and network basics.
- Strong desire to learn and obtain industry certifications (CompTIA A+ preferred but not required).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Outstanding interpersonal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to lift and move IT equipment and stand for extended periods.
