Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues using company-provided diagnostic tools
- Deploy and configure workstations, peripherals, and network equipment
- Document technical processes and create knowledge base articles
- Provide Tier 1 support via ticketing systems and remote assistance
- Install and maintain operating systems (Windows/Linux) and applications
- Assist with inventory management of IT assets and equipment
- Participate in cross-departmental IT projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification (CompTIA A+, Network+) preferred
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work with hardware components
- Valid driver's license for equipment transport
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and industry standards
