Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain hardware/software systems using provided equipment
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues across network infrastructure
- Provide first-level user support via ticketing system and phone
- Document IT processes and maintain asset inventory
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system implementations
- Participate in security audits and compliance initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred
