Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure company-provided hardware including laptops, peripherals, and network devices
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues under guided supervision
- Install and maintain operating systems and productivity software
- Document technical processes and create knowledge base articles
- Provide Tier 1 user support for internal systems and applications
- Assist with network security protocols and data backup procedures
- Participate in cross-departmental IT projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred but not required
- Basic understanding of computer hardware/software concepts
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to obtain CompTIA A+ certification within 6 months
- Pass background check and drug screening
