Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems for internal clients with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Manage and maintain the Help Desk ticketing system, ensuring high customer satisfaction scores.
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware peripherals, network connectivity, and software applications.
- Assist in the deployment of new workstations and the migration of data across the organization.
- Document technical procedures and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for the team.
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation to ensure business continuity and system stability.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is a plus.
- Fundamental knowledge of computer hardware components, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and basic networking concepts.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies in a fast-paced environment.
- CompTIA A+ certification or willingness to obtain it within the first year of employment.
- Ability to lift and carry IT equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
