What You Will Do:
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop computers, printers, and mobile devices.
- Manage and track IT service requests using our ticketing system (Jira/Helix).
- Assist in the deployment of new software updates and security patches.
- Perform hardware inventory and asset tagging for company equipment.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to resolve escalated network and hardware issues.
- Document technical procedures and create user guides.
What We Are Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED required (Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and operating systems (Windows/macOS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Aptitude for learning new technologies quickly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
