- Assist in the deployment and configuration of end-user devices.
- Document technical incidents and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the team to improve internal processes and user experience.
- Learn and apply security protocols to protect company assets.

Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of end-user devices (laptops, printers, mobiles).
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and procedures in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to learn system architecture and security protocols.
- Perform routine system checks and maintenance to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees by setting up their workstations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
