Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, chat, and in-person
- Deploy and configure desktops/laptops in enterprise environments
- Assist with network infrastructure troubleshooting (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Document IT procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation after training completion
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field OR equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS, networking fundamentals, and cloud services
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Ability to lift 25 lbs for equipment handling
- Valid CA driver's license for occasional site visits
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
