Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist with desktop/laptop setup, configuration, and maintenance
- Document and troubleshoot technical incidents using ticketing systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
- Participate in training sessions and skill development workshops
- Support IT infrastructure projects under supervision
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and assist with procurement
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to learn technical concepts quickly
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- CompTIA A+ certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Experience with helpdesk software (ServiceNow, Zendesk) a plus
