Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for 500+ enterprise users across multiple platforms
- Manage and troubleshoot Windows/Linux servers, virtualization (VMware), and cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
- Implement security protocols including endpoint protection, MFA, and incident response procedures
- Document technical solutions using ITSM tools (ServiceNow) and contribute to knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects and system migrations
- Maintain 99.9% uptime for critical business systems through proactive monitoring and maintenance
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (Bachelor's preferred) with 3.0+ GPA
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Experience with PowerShell, Active Directory, and network troubleshooting (internships acceptable)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to diagnose complex technical issues under pressure
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills for client interactions and documentation
- Valid Louisiana driver's license and ability to travel to client sites within metro area
