Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop equipment and peripherals
- Document IT incidents, resolutions, and standard operating procedures
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and data protection measures
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex infrastructure projects
- Participate in cross-functional IT initiatives and client training sessions
- Contribute to system monitoring, patch management, and performance optimization
Qualifications
- Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems and networking concepts
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to technical detail
- Excellent written/verbal communication and customer service abilities
- CompTIA A+ certification (preferred or willingness to obtain)
- Valid NC driver's license (for occasional on-site client visits)
