Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and in-person for hardware/software issues
- Assist with network troubleshooting, system administration, and security protocols
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Document IT processes, create knowledge base articles, and maintain inventory
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex technical solutions
- Participate in cross-departmental IT projects and system upgrades
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on user satisfaction
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in IT preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and networking
