Responsibilities

- Provide Tier 1 user support via ticketing systems and remote assistance
- Document IT procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
- Participate in network administration and security protocol implementation
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex infrastructure projects
- Complete vendor-specific training for cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Conduct system audits and performance optimization tasks
Qualifications
- Associate degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS/Linux operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and customer service aptitude
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) preferred
- Valid driver's license for occasional site visits
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work flexible hours during critical deployments
