Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage secure cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure environments.
- Automate provisioning, configuration management, and deployment using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and Ansible.
- Monitor system health, performance, and security, troubleshooting issues to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines and improve software delivery velocity.
- Conduct cloud cost optimization strategies to ensure budget efficiency.
- Document architecture diagrams, configurations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Cloud Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms, specifically AWS and/or Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in scripting languages: Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Knowledge of networking concepts: VPCs, subnets, routing, and load balancing.
- Valid Cloud certification (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Expert) is highly preferred.
