Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Deploy and configure desktop/laptop systems across enterprise environments
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate service logs
- Collaborate with senior engineers on network infrastructure projects
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness initiatives and vulnerability assessments
- Support cloud platform operations (Azure/AWS) and SaaS applications
- Conduct user training sessions for new technologies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; A+/Network+ certification preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking principles, and security protocols
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written/verbal communication skills with customer service mindset
- Ability to lift 25lbs and work in fast-paced environments
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site support
- Pass background check and drug screening
