Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS systems in enterprise environments
- Provide Tier 1/2 support for network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Document technical issues using ITSM tools (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cloud migration projects (AWS/Azure)
- Assist in security audits and compliance implementations
- Train end-users on software and hardware best practices
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation after training completion
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field OR equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Customer service mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in server environments
- Valid driver's license (for occasional site visits)
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk/ServiceNow)
