Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems across Windows/Linux environments
- Provide Tier 1 support via ticketing systems and remote assistance
- Document technical procedures and knowledge base articles
- Participate in network infrastructure monitoring and maintenance
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex incident resolution
- Complete weekly training modules and certification milestones
- Support cybersecurity protocols and data protection initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows 10/11, Ubuntu)
- Customer service mindset with strong communication skills
- Ability to learn technical concepts quickly in a fast-paced environment
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred
- Valid California driver's license for occasional on-site visits
