Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify software defects
- Document bugs with detailed steps and severity levels in JIRA
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Validate functionality across browsers, devices, and operating systems
- Participate in sprint planning and retrospectives
- Create comprehensive test plans and test scripts
- Perform regression testing for product updates
Qualifications
- 1+ years of QA testing experience in software development
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively with flexible hours
- Knowledge of agile methodologies
- Relevant certification (ISTQB, CSTE) preferred
