Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware/software issues across 200+ endpoints
- Deploy and configure Windows/macOS workstations in enterprise environments
- Assist with network monitoring using tools like SolarWinds and Nagios
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness campaigns and vulnerability assessments
- Collaborate with senior engineers on cloud migration projects (AWS/Azure)
- Support AV installations and conference room technology setups
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (or willingness to obtain within 3 months)
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP protocols
- Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Strong problem-solving skills with customer service orientation
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites
- Experience with PowerShell scripting preferred
