Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for 200+ users
- Deploy and configure workstations, printers, and network devices
- Implement security protocols and patch management systems
- Document technical procedures in ITSM platforms
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex infrastructure projects
- Support cloud services (Azure/O365) and remote access solutions
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment maintenance
- Valid driver's license for occasional site visits
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) beneficial
- Must pass background check and pre-employment assessment
