Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and user access management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades
- Participate in training sessions for cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Support office infrastructure including VoIP systems and printers
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS, networking concepts, and security principles
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- Valid Alaska driver's license (required for equipment transport)
- Customer service experience or relevant internship
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification is a plus
