Responsibilities
- Assist in deploying and maintaining hardware/software systems across 200+ workstations
- Provide Tier 1 user support for network connectivity, security protocols, and device troubleshooting
- Document IT incidents, resolutions, and standard operating procedures
- Participate in network infrastructure upgrades and security audits
- Collaborate with senior engineers on system monitoring and performance optimization
- Complete weekly training modules covering cloud technologies (AWS/Azure) and cybersecurity fundamentals
- Conduct hardware inventory management and lifecycle tracking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; CompTIA A+ certification preferred
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems and network fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose technical issues logically
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional on-call rotations
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional site visits
- Passion for continuous learning in emerging technologies
