Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve desktop/laptop hardware/software issues
- Deploy and configure Windows 10/11 workstations
- Manage Active Directory user accounts and permissions
- Support cloud services (Office 365, Azure)
- Document ticket resolutions in ServiceNow
- Assist with network cabling and equipment setup
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (after training)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- Basic networking concepts knowledge
- Customer service mindset with problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to lift 30lbs for equipment handling
- Valid driver's license (for occasional site visits)
- CompTIA A+ certification (or willingness to obtain)
