Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Implement security protocols and best practices across organizational infrastructure
- Document technical issues and resolutions using ITSM software
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system implementations
- Participate in disaster recovery drills and system maintenance
- Deliver user training on new technologies and processes
- Monitor system performance and recommend optimization strategies
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work in server environments
- US citizenship or permanent residency required
