Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows and macOS environments
- Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Provide Tier 1 user support via phone, chat, and ticketing systems
- Document technical procedures and maintain asset inventory databases
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system deployments
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness training and incident response drills
- Support office equipment (printers, AV systems, mobile devices)
Qualifications
