Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to internal staff via phone, email, and in-person assistance
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues including Windows/macOS, networking, and peripheral devices
- Assist with system installations, updates, and security patch management
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate incident logs
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure projects and system migrations
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop technical expertise
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in IT or related field preferred
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts
