Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems
- Deploy and configure hardware (PCs, printers, network devices)
- Install and maintain software applications across enterprise systems
- Document procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex troubleshooting
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (1 week/month)
- Complete weekly training modules and certification prep
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in server environments
- Valid driver's license for occasional equipment transport
- CompTIA A+ certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Experience with customer service environments a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
