Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for 100+ daily user requests
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux operating systems
- Support network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Document technical procedures and maintain service desk tickets
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and data protection measures
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system deployments
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory, VPN, and cloud services
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment handling
- Valid Nebraska driver's license for occasional site visits
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) a plus
