Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments via remote access tools
- Implement security protocols and perform vulnerability assessments on client systems
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate incident tracking in ITSM platforms
- Deploy and configure cloud services including Microsoft 365 and AWS infrastructure
- Collaborate with senior engineers on network optimization projects using Cisco/Juniper devices
- Provide Tier-1 support for VoIP systems and video conferencing solutions
- Participate in cross-departmental IT initiatives and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred (willing to sponsor)
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11 administration and Active Directory management
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking and DNS/DHCP configurations
- Experience with remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining proactive client communication
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional on-site visits
