Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and in-person
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 workstations and peripherals
- Assist with network setup, security protocols, and basic cloud services (Azure/O365)
- Document incidents, solutions, and asset inventory in ITSM systems
- Participate in cross-departmental IT projects and process improvements
- Complete certification training (CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365)
- Support end-users during system migrations and updates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Basic understanding of PC hardware/software concepts
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work in varied environments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Customer service experience (retail/food service acceptable)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
