Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain company-provided laptops, workstations, and networking equipment
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, chat, and remote assistance
- Document IT processes using ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Install and update software across Windows/macOS environments
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols including VPN setup and endpoint protection
- Participate in hardware refresh cycles and asset inventory management
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+) preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and networking concepts
- Strong problem-solving skills with customer service orientation
- Ability to lift 30lbs and handle IT equipment safely
- Valid driver's license for equipment transport between sites
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Enrollment in relevant IT degree program or recent graduate
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 suite
