Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 desktop support for hardware/software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows/macOS systems
- Manage Active Directory accounts and permissions
- Document troubleshooting processes in ITSM systems
- Collaborate with network and security teams on escalated issues
- Participate in after-hours rotation (1:4 schedule)
- Conduct user training on new technologies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (A+/Network+ preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work in server environments
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional site visits)
- Pass background check and drug screening
