Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS operating systems
- Assist with network connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, VPN, LAN)
- Manage service tickets and document resolutions in ITSM systems
- Support software installations and license management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
- Participate in ongoing technical training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and software concepts
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Customer service mindset with patience and empathy
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
