Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems
- Provide responsive technical support to internal staff and external clients
- Document IT processes and maintain accurate service records
- Assist with network administration tasks under supervision
- Participate in security awareness training and implement best practices
- Collaborate with senior technicians to resolve complex issues
- Contribute to system upgrades and maintenance projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+) preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot technical problems
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Valid Alaska driver's license (for occasional client site visits)
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs for equipment maintenance
